Bollywood says Happy Janmashtami

With whole country celebrating the birthday of Lord Krishna Thursday, many Bollywood stars took to the microblogging site Twitter to join in the celebrations by wishing their fans love, peace and happiness.

'Happy Janmashtami to all .. hathi ghoda palki, jai kanhaiya lal ki !! Love peace happiness to all,' Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan wrote.

Ajay Devgn message said: 'Happy Janmashtami...U guys going for dahi handi? I think its fascinating n lots of hard work.'

Vivek Oberoi tweeted: 'Happy Janmashtami! May this Janmashtami bring you all positivity, prosperity and happiness!!!'

Arjun Rampal wrote: 'Happy Janmashtami everyone, stay positive. Love to all.'

R. Madhavan also joined in to wish and said: 'Happy Janmashtami (Krishna Jayanthi) to all...Wish you ALL the love and Happiness.'

Sikandar Kher tweeted: 'Happy Janmashtami to everyone'.

Riteish Deshmukh seemed quite excited as he tweeted: 'GOVINDA AALA RE AALA - ZARA MATKI SAMBHAAL BRIJBAALA - drums playing all over - love festivities.'

Karan Johar also posted his wishes on Twitter. He said: 'Happy Janmashtami to all...big love!!'

Mallika Sherawat wrote: 'A very Happy Janmashtami, May this Janmashtami brings you all positivity, prosperity and happiness!'
