Bangkok blast panics airport crowd
Calcutta News.Net Tuesday 2nd December, 2008
A bomb blast early Tuesday at a Bangkok airport occupied by anti-government demonstrators killed one person.
The explosion at Don Mueang Airport set off panic in the occupied terminal building, where 22 people were wounded by flying glass.
The airport has been occupied since Thursday by protesters demanding the ousting of the current government.
Several grenade blasts have occurred in recent weeks at demonstrations attended by members of the anti-government PAD group.
No suspects have been charged in any of the previous attacks.
