Tamil actor to highlight transgender problems in 'Ardhanari'

Tamil offbeat actor Karan is set to play a transgender in 'Ardhanari', a movie that will highlight their problems.
'After playing college student, liquor vendor and negative roles in myriad films, I now am playing something totally different. Society is slowly becoming aware of the difficult life of a transgender and filmdom is presenting them in a favourable light now. Mine will be one more such attempt,' Karan told IANS Wednesday.
