ITC Infotech acquires software testing firm in US

ITC's wholly-owned subsidiary ITC Infotech India has acquired New York-based information technology company Pyxis Solution for an undisclosed amount, it announced Tuesday.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, ITC Infotech said it has acquired the software testing solutions provider through its US-based wholly owned ITC Infotech (USA).
Pyxis' client list includes international banks such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and Merril Lynch.
A niche player providing software solutions and services in the financial derivatives space, it has expertise in quantitative finance and modelling as well as knowledge of global derivatives markets, derivatives desk operations, regulatory framework and having its own derivatives risk management platform with analytics library.
