Software exports from Haryana have touched Rs.140 billion ($3.55 billion) in fiscal 2006-07, the state's IT department spokesman said here Tuesday.
Haryana improved its rank to ninth from 15th among the states in IT exports, according to the latest 'e-Readiness' report of the central government's IT department.
