Bangalore firm In4velocity to tap real estate market in Kolkata
Calcutta News.Net Friday 3rd August, 2007
Bangalore-based In4velocity Systems, a provider of end-to-end process automation, management and benchmarking software for the real estate and property development industry, plans to tap the growing real estate market here for its unique Enterprise Resource Management System (ERMS) application, In4Suite RE.
'We see Kolkata as a major market for us. We already have well known names of the construction world as our client in Kolkata region such as Bengal Shrachi Housing Development Limited, United Credit Belani Group, IDEAL Group, etc.,' said Rahul Chawla, CEO, In4velocity Systems, Friday.
'We are targeting to add another seven to eight customers in Kolkata by end of the current financial year. We also have plans to set up a full-fledged office in Kolkata very soon.' said Chawla.
Chawla claimed that In4Suite RE is India's largest selling and the only integrated end-to-end solution for real estate and property development firms.
'One can automate the business processes right from land acquisition to engineering, from purchase to sales, and from rental to property management,' he said.
Unlike the traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, where it is all about reporting data, In4Suite RE enables data analytics and data mining.
Some of its key features include milestone-based project planning, online integration with major accounting systems, reporting and analysis, integrated knowledge management application, online certification and generation of bills, material and inventory management, integrated construction management, etc.
'Given the rapid growth and pressure real estate developers undergo to design and deliver projects on time, In4Suite RE ensures smooth flow of information which is critical for the developer to execute projects on time, effectively manage materials and run the business in a cost-effective manner,' Chawla said.
In4velocity currently has 30 clients, including big names like RMZ Corp, Jaypee Group, L & T Properties, Pioneer Urban and it hopes to add four to five clients every month.
In4velocity with a head count of 70, will be doubling its staff by the year end and continue the trend for the next couple of years.
